Danielle brings over 20 years of experience in education, spanning early childhood, elementary, special education, and early intervention. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (Pre-K to 8th grade) and has developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs of students across educational settings.
Her hands-on experience includes serving as a preschool teacher, classroom teacher, and aide in the local school district, where she supported students with learning disabilities in Autistic Support and Emotional Support programs. She also worked as a substitute teacher in Harbor Creek, IU5, and North East school districts, and operated a home daycare for over 10 years, fostering early learning in a nurturing environment.
Most recently, as a Family Mentor for Commonwealth Charter Academy, Danielle guided families transitioning from public education to cyber school. Her dedication extends beyond the classroom—she has coached high school cheerleaders, led youth groups, and volunteered for the Girl Scouts, also serving as a nursery worker and camp counselor.
Danielle is recognized for her skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and individualized instruction, with a strong focus on parent-teacher communication. She holds certifications in Ukera and Handle with Care, underscoring her commitment to compassionate, student-centered support.
