Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized early intervention services, focusing on all developmental domains (cognitive, communication, social-emotional, physical).
- Implement behavior support plans in collaboration with families using positive behavior support strategies.
- Empower families through education, coaching, and resource provision.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and medical providers for comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Experience:
- At least the full-time equivalent 1+ years working directly with children (birth to five) with developmental delays/disabilities in early intervention, home-visiting, or inclusive childcare (Required).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field (Required). Related field requires specific courses in Child/ Family Systems, Education, Special Ed, Trauma, etc. Be prepared to provide transcript(s).

This role is a state funded and approved program, so there is NO flexibility in the requirements to qualify. This role is also a per diem position and therapists are ONLY paid for their face to face billable time.
Skills:
- Knowledge of child development milestones, early intervention principles, parent coaching and best practices.
- Experience with positive behavior support strategies and family collaboration.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within Warren County.
