We’re looking for passionate professionals to join our team providing in-home early intervention services to children birth to age five. This role supports families while addressing developmental delays and disabilities across all domains—cognitive, communication, motor, social-emotional, and behavioral.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized early intervention services focused on whole-child development

  • Use positive behavior support strategies to implement family-centered behavior plans

  • Empower families through coaching, education, and connecting them to resources

  • Collaborate closely with therapists, educators, and healthcare providers

  • Keep accurate, timely documentation and reports

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ year full-time equivalent working directly with young children (birth–5) with developmental delays/disabilities in early intervention, home-visiting, or inclusive childcare (Required)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field with relevant coursework (e.g., Family Systems, Trauma, Special Ed) (Required – transcripts may be requested)

Due to state program funding, these requirements are non-negotiable. Please do not apply if you do not meet both criteria.


Required Skills:

  • Solid understanding of child development and early intervention best practices

  • Experience in parent coaching and positive behavior support

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable with digital documentation and recordkeeping

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel within Warren County


Job Type: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00–$55.00 per hour
Schedule: Choose your own hours
Work Location: In person (home-based visits within Warren County)

Experience
