For the past 19 years, she has dedicated her career to serving the youth population of Crawford County in various capacities.

Her diverse professional background includes positions as a lead teacher for Pre-K Counts, Director at the YMCA, Supervisor at Bethesda Lutheran Services, and a Licensed Behavior Specialist. These roles have provided Tricia with extensive opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive understanding of child development and family dynamics.

Tricia is particularly passionate about coaching young parents, helping them develop their parenting skills and nurture strong relationships with their children from infancy.
